- Is studying marketing & communications, branding, design, development, Creative Business or event management
- Is ambitious and wants to build, not just watch
- Is assertive and takes initiative
- Contributes creative thinking and isn't afraid to bring their own input
- Works in a structured way, even when several things are happening at once
- Has an affinity for social media and knows what's happening online
- Has a good command of Dutch and English
