YOTECHA — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and participating in any Yotecha session, class, workshop, event or retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to every participant without exception.

2. Own Risk & Liability

Participation in Yotecha sessions is entirely at your own risk.

Yotecha, its trainers, partners and venues cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, accident or damage during or after participation.

You are responsible for your own belongings; Yotecha does not accept liability for lost or damaged personal items.

You agree to inform the trainer of any medical, physical, or psychological conditions before the session begins.

If you are unsure whether you can safely participate in physical activity, breathing exercises, or sensory-based sessions, you must consult your GP or healthcare provider first.

Individuals undergoing medical treatment must obtain approval from their doctor before participating.

You understand that intense music, movement, breathwork, smoke and light effects may be used.

Yotecha is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

3. Health & Safety Requirements

Participants must follow the instructions of the trainer at all times for safety.

Participation is not recommended for:

individuals sensitive to loud music, flashing lights, smoke or deep bass

individuals with epilepsy

severe cardiovascular or respiratory conditions

pregnancy (unless cleared by a medical professional)

You must not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Trainers may refuse entry if safety is compromised.

4. Age Policy

Minimum recommended age: 16+.

Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Some events may be designated 18+ depending on venue or event style.

5. Tickets, Payments & Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Sessions cannot be rescheduled once booked.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

Strip cards are valid for 6 months from purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Yotecha does not offer monthly subscriptions; all participation is ticket-based.

If payment is incomplete or unsuccessful, Yotecha reserves the right to deny entry until payment is fulfilled.

6. Event Changes & Cancellations

Yotecha may adjust the time, location, trainer, or format of an event if necessary.

In the rare case of full event cancellation by Yotecha, participants will receive a replacement session or credit.

No refunds will be issued for changes outside Yotecha’s control (e.g., venue issues, force majeure, unexpected emergencies).

7. Photo, Video & Content Consent

By attending a Yotecha event, you acknowledge and agree that:

Photo and video content may be recorded during the session.

Yotecha may use this content for marketing, promotion, website, social media, press, or publication.

Images may feature overall atmosphere, environment, and participants.

If you do not wish to appear in any recordings, you must inform staff before the session begins, and Yotecha will respect your privacy and position you outside camera areas.

You may request removal of identifiable content in accordance with GDPR.

8. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

Yotecha collects minimal personal data for registration, safety and communication.

All data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

9. House Rules & Behaviour

Arrive at least 10 minutes before the session.

Late arrival may result in refusal of entry to avoid disrupting the experience.

Respect trainers, staff, other participants and property at all times.

Yotecha reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals who behave disrespectfully, disruptively or unsafely.

At the end of the session, leave your spot clean.

You may rest, stretch, or meditate quietly for up to 15 minutes after the session.

10. Intellectual Property

All choreography, teaching formats, methods, scripts, branding, music curations, visuals, concepts and creative content are the exclusive property of Yotecha.

It is not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute or teach Yotecha formats without written permission.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your ticket purchase and participating in any Yotecha activity, you confirm your acceptance of all conditions stated above.
